My partner and I bought a bottle. We have each tried it on two occasions. After consuming half a dropper the first time, I felt no effect...

My partner and I bought a bottle. We have each tried it on two occasions. After consuming half a dropper the first time, I felt no effect whatsoever. I increased to a full dropper on a different day and still felt no effect. My partner experienced about 2min of giggles after consuming a full dropper the first time, and no effect the second time. We either bought a defective batch or it is a very disappointing product.
