Tastes awful. Like you’re smoking stems. But… if you can get past the taste and smoke a bowl, then you will fall asleep within 30 minutes and you will get the best sleep of your life. Your body will be locked to the bed and you won’t care if there’s a parade going through your living room because it feels too good to sleep. Not recommend for anything other than help with sleeping.
